  • How do I know that my reservation is confirmed? +

    Once you have completed the booking process, the confirmation page will appear. The confirmation will also be sent to you by email. Your confirmation includes all your booking details.
  • How do I find out if the hotel allows pets? +

  • I want to check out other times than mentioned. What should I do? +

    Late check-out can only be combined with the hotel and usually depends on availability during your stay. You can inform about this possibility at the reception upon arrival.
  • How to get more information about the hotel room or amenities? +

    Room facilities are clearly listed under each type of room, to view the complete list and photos, just click on the desired room type. You can find all the hotel facilities right below the list of room types in the "Hotel Policies".
  • What are the check-in and check-out times of a hotel? +

    The times are mentioned in the "Hotel Policies" section on the bottom of the hotel page, as well as in your confirmation email.
  • I will arrive later / earlier than the above mentioned check-in time. Can I still check in? +

    You may request a late / early check-in in several ways: You can specify your desired check-in time while you are making your reservation. You can change your online reservation to request a late check-in.You can contact the accommodation directly through the contact details on your booking confirmation. Please note that the accommodation will not always be able to arrange what you request but will do everything possible so that you can occupy the room earlier if there is availability. If you arrive late and at night, there may not be anyone waiting for you - for example, in an apartment in a remote location. The best option is to always contact the accommodation directly to confirm the possibility and to avoid inconveniences.
  • Can I pay for my stay at the hotel with a different credit card than used to secure my reservation? +

    In most cases, the hotel will accept the payment of the stay in cash or through a different card. Please make sure that the new credit card or cash payment are accepted by the hotel.
  • Can I pay in advance for my stay? +

    After making your reservation, please contact the hotel to make sure and make the necessary arrangements. The hotel's contact details can be found in your confirmation email.
  • Does the hotel require a deposit or prepayment? +

  • What does the crossed-out rate mean next to my chosen room type? +

    The scratch rate is based on the third highest price of the Provider for products or services with the same booking conditions and within 30 days of your check-in date (15 days before and 15 days after your Check-in; if today until your check-in date the period is less than 15 days, we will use the number of days remaining after your check-in date to reach the total of 30 days). For a fair comparison, we always use the same booking conditions (eg meal plan, cancellation policy and room type). This means you'll get the same room for a lower price when compared to other check-in dates for the same time of year.
  • Is breakfast included in the rate? +

    It depends on the type of room. You can confirm that it is included by checking the available text even under the room name. If it is not included, you can place your cursor over the text in the column named "Conditions" to see if it is available and what additional costs will apply, if applicable. This information will also be included in your confirmation email.
